*sigh*
I've been ignoring my blog for quite a few weeks now because I've rediscovered the use of a journal...I don't know I guess since all I ever do at work is type...seeing another keyboard at home just makes me nauseous....Speaking of work...my boss at the office approached me today, telling me that as of the 15th of this month, which is this Firday, I no longer have to go to work and they'll give me a call when they need me. If you haven't read that last sentence carefully, I've just told you I've been "relieved" of my duties...that my "service" has been "terminated". In layman's terms, FAYERRRREDDDD'uh. And even though I was a teeeny weeeny bit shocked at the news, I wasn't that surprised. Let's face it, I wasn't doing much at the bank and I was paid a ridiculous amount. So, seriously, I had no hard feelings. In fact, it was a blessing in disguise because, Monday I get to go to Singapore with Ayah & gang! ~yAy~!!! plus I get 2 whole months OFF before I go to Oz!!! Imagine what i can do with that time!!!! And I'm into my 14th hour of driving so I can expect to be driving verrrry verrrry sooooonnn!!!! And here I was, last Saturday brooding because I didn't have the time to watch the Godfather DVD that I've been FOREVER wishing to see again because I just finished reading the fantastically written book...Now I can watch it whenever!!!! Anyhooo...I've already started daydreaming about what I'll be buying once I'm in Singapore..I swear that country's sole purpose in existence is to empty the pockets of whoever steps onto it's land...but hey, who's complaining??!!!
