One month to go
Yesterday, my mom started the "You're going soon, you'd better start planning out the stuff you need to do" lecture. And all I could think about was this: OMG I have a month to go!!! I soooo do not feel ready to start LIVING and TAKING CARE of myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I sooooo do not feel like I've spent enough time with my friends+family before leaving!!!!!! *SOB*
Speaking of friends...Izzah has a blog!!! Cali anak atu + it's so much fun to read what's going on in my friends' lives because when we meet up sometimes not everything that we plan to tell ends up being told, d'u noe wa' i mean?? Btw, Izzah STILL hasn't told me who this mysterious airport guy is!!!! ooohhh!!! I found out she & Nubz have decided to go to Leeds! AND Nubz says Sanny's going to Liverpool! So Yay for them!!!! (I'm soooo jealous of Sanny though =p)
I spent most of last week brushing up on my driving skills which, I have to admit, are still verrrry verrrry shaky...The first destination I went to was Ashy's(!!!) to drop off some stuff my Maklong wanted to give her...then mostly all I did was drive my Maklong around to do chores and stuff...Jadinya I've become Maklong's personal driver???? Not complaining though!!! My problem, apparently is that I drive too much to the left side of the road and when Ayah found out he was like, that's what your mother used to do...so like Mom, like daughter!!!! hahahha
And even though, I've had one week's worth of practice, even though I've driven Maklong all week, even though I drove my family around all day yesterday, I'm STILL not trusted to go out with my beetle alone. =( *wehhhhhh* My dad's giving me one more week "and then we'll see"...*sniff* oh well.....and I soooo can see that everytime I get behind the wheel, my mom's face just tenses up...it's kinda funny actually...but she says it's stressing her out to see me driving hahahaha
Oohhh!!! My favourite lippy thing now is MAC's Ramblin' Rose...I just absolutely ADORE the colour!!!! It's soooo gorgeous!!! Oooh Jay Sean's video is on right now on MTV and EVERYtime I see this guy, I think "Ranjeet Singh" bwahahaha (inside joke)...I've noticed how much I use the word "miss" now...NOT miss as in the title in front of a single lady but the one that means the feeling you get when you haven't seen people you've spent so much time with over the years and you've grown to adore them (Cheh!)
On a totally different note, you know what advert that I think is reeeeeeaaallly effective? The one that always plays on MTV where there are tons of celebrities promoting poverty...what is it about celebs that has you sitting up & listen? Point is, I'm *suddenly* aware about what's going on in poverty-stricken countries, you know? So that's why, I think it's reaaaaalllly effective. (The ad was playing on MTV so I just thought I'd mention it)
The Contender semi-finals will be playing later & AI4 will have the final 3 competing this week (like I've said before, TV is the only drama in my life now...sad isn't it?) oh! and you know what pissess me off?? Skali I'm going to leave, mcm2 tia playing on Star World next month!!!! *grrrrrrr* Anyhoo, that's all I've got to say for now...p/s Hi to everyone out there who's actually reading this sad little blog of mine =) appreciate it much much!
