*warning: do not read and drive*
Assalamualaikum! Hello all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! G'day, How ahh ya? etc...and so on...and so forth...
Just wanted to say that I will soon be entering the first week of living alone...and it's not as bad as I thought!!! The first day atu I was like, all *sob sob* *waaaa* but then as soon as school started...it was like...hey! this is not bad!
By the way, school's just great...Alhamdulillah...my teachers are all great...they haven't got funny accents or anything...just good old dependable Aussie accents...and all of them are fun to imitate...my Accounting lecturer looks like George Lucas and is as dry as hell...my Microeconomics lecturer gets stuck when he's interrupted...my Marketing lecturer is approachable but my fave has to be my Management lecturer cause he's as funny as hell and his personality sorta reflects my old Physics teacher, Ms.Siow...and my friends...they're just great...no Bruneians in my year...so no pressure on me to be wakil Brunei or anything...so I've made friends with the closest thing...S'poreans...I've got quite a Singlish accent going on here...hehehe...they're all waiting for me to cook for them...hah! we'll see...I was like, I might give you guys constipation or sthg...but the guys were like "we've been through NS...we can handle anything" oh heh...no pressure on me!
I'd like to ceta about my first day of school...orientation, my first week of school and all that...but I've got an early class tomorrow so I've gotta go to sleep soon...so if u wanna noe what it was like, send me a list of questions and email me at ct_206@yahoo.com (yeegads, I'm beginning to sound like a lecturer...)
A couple of things I'd like to mention:
1) There's a guy who works at the internet service provider where I install my internet and he looks like a berisi-er version of Morientes...HOT!!!!!
2) My next door neighbour plays his music as if he's running a night club every single frickin' night
3) 3 Bruneians live in my building of which 2 were my seniors at MS...Yup, MS has definitely gone global ;p
4) I miss Brunei and my grandma's cooking
5) I miss Astro because the TV shows here are crap but it makes for good studying
6) Chadstone, arguably one of the biggest shopping centres in the SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE is about 20 minutes away from where I live...Karing wallet ku olehnya...
7) I hate my cooking
8) It's sooo cold & warm & windy & sunny here...usually all in the same day
I'm going to sleep now...I've got 6 hrs of tutorials to go through...TGIF though
