A million little pieces
Assalamualaikum everyone~~
On the way back to Melb, the beloved city of r*****t a******s, bought a book that I've forever been meaning to get my hands on..."A Million Little Pieces" by James Frey. What better time to get it than when I've got a 6-hour transit with nothing to do at Changi right? I didn't have the time to go out, not enough time to just walk around with nothing to do....so bought a book! Now, y'all might've heard about this guy...he's been on Oprah a coupla times...first cause Oprah just had to meet this guy after reading his supposed "memoir" and the second time to confront him about the lies he'd fabricated in his book.
Right, so now I'm beginning to question Oprah, yes, Oprah's integrity and her overall personality. She is not that nice. She deprived a man of his dignity when he had so little in the first place (in the words of another blogger). Point is, I read the book and irregardless of whether it was true or not, I liked it. It makes you think about Addicts, all the different kinds...gives you a totally different perspective. Not that society should let them off that easy, but it's not entirely wrong to show them compassion, right? Or is that already a given?
And back on earth, got a fin.man mid term test "tomorrow" i.e 36 hours. Yeargh. Have hardly touched anything to revise for it and I know I'll regret it in the dying minutes.

I'm a happy clam. Gosh darn it, we should all celebrate this happy news.
Off to celebrate. Miss everyone loads. In a destructive mood. But not willing to act on it.

Thing I miss today (I always forget to do this!): The old MS Rimba hall, where the choir performed on the stage a good many times :)

Oh btw, bumped into KAER when I went back. Had met up with Jirin, Mash, Padetz, Izzah Alai and Nav at Solitude then went down with Mash, Izzah Alai and Padetz otw to manakah, and Kaer was at Chill(s?). LOL. *Schoolgirl crushhh OMG OMG OMG* enough already. i am so evil and cold i did not even acknowledge the presence of a celebrity in the rightful manner. blasphemmyyyyyyyyy. LOL. I can't believe he's still laku there eh. I am so cynical and evil right now!!!!!! But my approach to celebrity has changed cause me thinks the more you get hyped up about meeting a celeb, the more you'll be disappointed when they don't live up to it. This, however, does not apply to Jakey-poo, Angelina Jolie and other such larger-than-life characters because there is no way I'm meeting them unless I get my ass on a plane to Hollywood and marry Jakey-poo in the process. WTH am I on? I'm out.
