Idle Chatter.
Assalamualaikum and salutations, fellow humanoids
I recently visited one of my former schoolmate’s blog and I’ve been so out of touch with him, I’d forgotten how much I miss his wonderful humour. Reading his blog refreshed my memory instantly as I read his eulogy for the untimely demise of his phone. And the way he started the blog with a bang! I should talk to him soon…very very soon so that I can link him here. We like to share funny people here, it makes the world a better place :D Reading his blog inspired the chatterbox in me again, which is why I’ve decided to post this, despite the lack of intelligible subjects. The posts I’ve put up lately have been quite depressing haven’t they?
First things first, unless you’ve been living in the recesses of a boulder in a jungle far far away from civilization, then you may not have heard that the unfortunately-named Suri Holmes-Cruise made her worldwide debut earlier today (yesterday afternoon, Americaland time). I hate to admit it, and I really really do, but she’s actually adorable. *GASP* She hit the gene jackpot with the whole dark hair + blue eyes combination that I like (Jakey-poo anyone?) DAMN. Under different circumstances (her name, her crazy dad, her dull mom, the speculation over her weird birth), I would SO adore her. Alas, I just think she’s just cute. ..STILL though, she’s no SHILOH. Shiloh N came from the loins of the two hottest people on the face of the earth, man. Speaking of, it’s about time Brad’s baby mama came out with a new shot of her and their offspring. I want to see how those lips are developing!!! Suri, however might be a little higher up on the ladder from Sean P. That unfortunate little pimp just can’t be saved from stupidity. Suri might have a chance.
I’ve been looking for new songs lately (btw, last month my internet bill exceeded by 1GB!! *blush* I had to pay $30 extra). I don’t know, I just CRRRAAAAAAVE new songs like some people crave chocolate…Anyway, new bands to look out for: Augie March and the talented-video-friendly people, OK GO. Nina Gordon’s not a bad bet either. Now if somebody can just pry me away from my Beatles’ collection….
Oh! I’ve (finally!!!) managed to watch a new episode of House today (about TIME, Ten people!!!) and it was so gooooooooooood!!! I love new House episodes…the feeling’s like opening a birthday present to discover it’s what you’ve always wanted! And as I haven’t been following it religiously this season, I’m going to rip it off my friend’s hard drive tomorrow…which only means I get to experience that nice warm fuzzy feeling I get 24 times over! Woohoo!
Ugh my Corp Law stuff’s spread out on my desk and I’ve yet to write anything comprehensible on it…I’m dreading it…it’s like I just finished one major assignment and now I’ve got all these things to look at…But as they always say, Uni’s like one HUGE ASS marathon and you have to persevere and pace yourself…My God I hate clichés, don’t you? People who come up with these clichés obviously have not experienced the feeling of recuperating from lack of sleep from two days ago!
Anyway, I really must get to work…It’ll only do me good. Remember, it takes 42 muscles to frown and only 7 to smile! (Why do I always remember useless shizz like this??!) ~~~pEace~~~
