SATURDAY NIGHT ALRIGHT.
Assalamualaikum…
Last weekend has to be the most productive weekend I’ve had since I got back. Have watched 300 three times since I got my hands on it. Awu, I’m obsessed. Friday watched the Karl Lagerfeld documentary at the pretty theatre ntah can’t recall the name at the mo but it’s in the RMIT building? With Kayms and Auntie. Skali, Saturday I’ll reserve for later because it is an important event that deserves its own paragraph. And Sunday caught 4 months etc, the winner of the Palms d’Or at this year’s Cannes at the Regent theatre. I really dig foreign flicks they’re so unique and absolutely adored the theatre it was so so so lawa. I feel so cultured *snort*.
Skali kan…Saturday went to see THIRSTY MERC (testimer) in concert. Pada sekalian2 yg tidak tahu akan Thirsty Merc, mereka adalah sebuah band yang terdiri daripada empat jejaka muda berbangsa Australia iaitu Rai, Sean(Stuart), Phil dan Karl. Dan mereka adalah satu daripada band2 yang digemari oleh Siti. Siti dan kawannya iaitu JACINTA (formerly known as Kamy), merantas Victoria dalam kereta-api dari Bandar Melbourne ke kampong Albion selama dua puluh menet lalu berjalan kaki selama kira2 sepuluh menet untuk ke hotel yg bernama “Westend Market Hotel” ataupun “Hujung (er) Barat Pasar Hotel” di mana konsert itu di adakan. Siti merasa memanglah memadai dia dan Jacinta merantas Victoria untuk ke hotel ini kerana konsert tersebut memuaskan hati dia dan Jacinta. Band tersebut menyanyikan lagu2 yang digemari Siti dan lagu2 dari album mereka yang terbaru. Walaupun Siti tidak tahu lagu2 baru tersebut, dia tetap terhibur. Selepas konsert, Siti dan Jacinta pun berdiri dalam barisan (huhuhu mcm primary school) UNTUK BERJUMPA DENGAN BAND TERSEBUT LALU MEMINTA TANDATANGAN MEREKA. Siti dan Jacinta sungguh terpukau dan tidak terlarat untuk mengatakan apa2 kecuali “That was a good show” kepada jejaka2 muda Thirsty Merc. Selepas itu Siti dan Jacinta pun angau. HAHAHA fail karangan!
OMG. Palui kali my internet ani. BIDA BIDA. IATAH NAMANYA INTERNET NI. I wanted to post this up asap but guess it’ll have to wait till tomorrow when it will (hopefully) be up and running again. I’m typing this out on Microsoft Word for now. Classic eh. Mcm buat essay. If only my essays could be written out this easy. Ani bejam2 for one paragraph. For example for my IB essay hari atu -- Start of essay: “Globalization…”
3 hours later: “Globalisation is…” WOW. Progress tu. INTERNET REPARO! REPARO! REPARO!
